Commission ToS
Welcome to my commission page! Below are the guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful process. Please read carefully before placing a request!


How to Order
To begin, please send me the following information:Character Description: Provide details such as appearance, personality, and references (photos or detailed descriptions).
Pose/Expression: Let me know if you have a specific pose, expression, or scene in mind. If not, I can help suggest one!
Background/Setting: If applicable, describe or mention any background you'd like, from simple to detailed.


Payment
All commissions are priced in AUD.
I require 50% upfront before beginning the artwork. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.
Payments are made through Bank transfer or PayPal


Process
Initial Sketch: I will send you a rough sketch of the piece for feedback. You can make 2 adjustments at this stage.
In-Progress Updates: Once the sketch is approved, I'll send you an update on lineart and coloring stage for any revisions.
Final Artwork: After the final adjustments are made, I will send you the completed piece in the agreed file format (e.g., PNG, JPEG).


Revisions
One major revision is included at no extra charge during the Lineart and Base Color Stage (e.g., changes to the pose, expression, or large elements).
Additional revisions beyond this may incur a fee.


Terms and Conditions
The commission is for personal use Only. Please do not use it commercially (e.g., for products, prints, or merchandise) unless otherwise discussed.
Copyright: I retain the copyright to the artwork. You are welcome to share it on social media or use it for personal purposes, with credit given to me as the artist.
Cancellation Policy: If the commission is canceled before the final piece is completed, I will retain the upfront payment. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will refund the full amount.
